As a Nielsen//NetRatings Panel member, your browsing and buying habits not only help influence the future of the Internet, they can also influence how companies actually do business with you.

It's free to join and easy to sign up!

Complete the member profile page by providing basic information about yourself and the other members of your household. You will be prompted to create a username and password which will enable you to make changes to your profile in the future.

Once you have completed your member profile, you will be asked to download the Nielsen//NetRatings Panel software. The download will only take a few minutes and will not slow down or affect your computer's performance. The Panel software allows Nielsen to gain an overall understanding of your Internet usage and behavior. Also, this information will allow them to deliver periodic surveys relevant to you and your interests.

After completing the install, you will be prompted to re-start your computer. After you complete this final step, you will become an active participant in the Nielsen//NetRatings Panel.
